Information we collect
We only collect the information we need to respond to you and carry out work at your property.
Contact and enquiry details you give us through our website forms, by email or by phone: name, email address, phone number, property address and postcode, and details of the work you need.
Property and job information gathered when quoting or carrying out work: the type and age of your heating system, photos of the installation, access arrangements, and notes from site visits.
Records of work completed: quotes, invoices, service records, gas safety certificates, warranty registrations and any compliance notifications.
Payment information: payment amounts and dates. We do not store full card details; card payments are handled by our payment provider.
